The sites sakriya.com, sakriya.in, sakriya.co.in would henceforth be referred to as Sakriya.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Sakriya in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Sakriya in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Sakriya.

You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from Sakriya, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via Sakriya. You understand that Sakriya does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through Sakriya, and that by using Sakriya, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the service and Content available through Sakriya may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Sakriya. Sakriya makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Sakriya be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via Sakriya. Conduct and Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity or Content associated with your display name
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Sakriya
You must not submit Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way
You must not submit Content that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
You must not submit Content that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any member of the Sakriya team, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
You must not submit Content that includes non-public personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You must not modify, adapt or hack Sakriya or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Sakriya
You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Sakriya users ("SPAM").
You must not create or submit intentionally false or misleading information
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
You must get express authorization from Sakriya before you can use any portion of Sakriya for any commercial purpose
Violation of any of these terms will result in the termination of your Sakriya usage account. While Sakriya prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Sakriya cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Sakriya at your own risk
General Usage
Sakriya reserves the right to modify or terminate all or any portion of Sakriya for any reason, without notice at any time.
Sakriya reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time.
Sakriya reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Sakriya may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that Sakriya determines are in Sakriya's sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.
Copyright
Sakriya does not claim ownership of Content that its users post, but by posting Content to Sakriya, you automatically grant, Sakriya an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, said Content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses (through multiple tiers) of the foregoing.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SAKRIYA BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF SAKRIYA.
Idemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sakriya, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Sakriya.
Assignment
Sakriya may assign this contract at any time without notice to you. You may not assign this contract to any one else.
